Yes. We have an upstream DNI BAA and we provide a BAA to our clients who don’t have one. Any information we transmit to your practice is sent via HIPAA-compliant email and we do not store, retain or keep copies of any PHI,
Can I access my call data directly?
Yes. You will be given an account so you can sign-in to our HIPAA-compliant service and view any of your data 24/7.
Are the calls recorded? Can I access the recordings?
Depending upon the particular laws in your state, we can record the phone calls and we may or may not be required to add a call-recording notification.
Will this interfere with the other services I use?
Not at all! You can keep your current website and your current marketing company as well as your current PMS. Our integration and data collection is separate so it will never cross-paths with your existing data.
Do I need any special software on my end?
No. Your phone will ring as it normally would and we can select what callerID information appears, and your staff does not need to do anything special or make any changes to their current phone call routines.
